Dr. Bianca is a graduate of L.S.U. Medical School in New Orleans and performed his Internship and Residency in OB-GYN at Methodist and Parkland Hospitals in Dallas, Texas. He has been in private practice since 1974 in Longview, Texas.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical association, Southern Medical Association, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy and Fellow of the American College of OB-GYN. 

While Dr. Bianca expanded the services he offers to include cosmetic treatments for both men and women, he continues to practice OB-GYN with emphasis in Gynecology and Laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Bianca has been married for 36 years to his wife, Marilyn and has two children. He enjoys snow skiing, ballroom dancing, theater and travel.

Twyla VanMeter has been in the cosmetic field for over seven years. She has trained and received certification in the basic and advanced art and science of dermapigmentation and therapy for reconstructive and aesthetic purposes. Dawn Vaughn is our certified medical aesthetic technician who has worked in the skin care field for over eight years. Dawn is certified in the Skin Ceuticals skin care line as well as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, FotoFacial, laser hair removal and laser spider vein treatment.
